One Connectivity Ltd appoints liquidators and now moving customers to new entity Voxuna Technologies
Be aware you may risk locking your essential telecom services into a new long-term contract with a newly established entity
An update to the situation at One Connectivity as of 20th March 2026
We now understand liquidators have been appointed to One Connectivity Ltd, placing the company into a formal insolvency process following HMRC action earlier this year. The appointment has been formally recorded in The Gazette, the UK’s official public record for insolvency proceedings.

Documents we have seen (available on Companies House) suggest that One Connectivity Ltd owes over £1,800,000 to Creditors including HMRC and suppliers.
For businesses currently relying on services connected to One Connectivity Ltd, this raises important questions around service continuity, contracts, and long-term stability.
We understand that some customers are now being asked to move their services to Voxuna Technologies Limited, a company incorporated in November 2025.
Companies House records also confirm that Voxuna Technologies Limited was previously named One Connectivity Solutions Limited, with the name change recorded on 12 March 2026.
When a company enters liquidation and customers are asked to sign with a newly established entity, it is important to take time to fully understand what you are agreeing to before committing to a new contract.
There is no obligation for you to sign a new agreement.
Signing a fresh telecoms contract could potentially leave your business tied into a multi-year agreement with a newly formed company that has limited trading history under its current name.
Before signing anything, it may be sensible to review your current services and ensure your business numbers, connectivity, and contracts are protected.
If you would like independent, no-obligation advice, we are happy to review your telecoms setup and help you understand the safest options available to your business.
Protect your business from disruption
If a provider faces financial difficulties, the upstream carriers (the companies that provide the underlying phone and data services) may review or suspend supply if payments are not maintained. This can potentially lead to:
- Service interruptions – Business phone lines may stop working.
- Mobile disruption – Communication for remote teams could be affected.
- Broadband outages – Internet connectivity may be interrupted, impacting day-to-day operations.
If services are disrupted, restoring them is time consuming and difficult depending on how the situation is managed.
Planning ahead and reviewing your current setup is the best way to minimise risk and maintain continuity
Action is required to secure your connection
Before signing any new agreements, we recommend taking a moment to review your current telecoms services so you know exactly where you stand.
This helps ensure your phone numbers, broadband, and business communications remain protected, as contracts with the original company may not automatically transfer to a new provider. Taking a quick review now can help avoid disruption later
